THURSDAY NIGHT MEET & GREET (6:00pm TO 10:00pm)
We will have finger food/Snacks for meet & greet. (Fruit trays,
Vegetables trays, cheese & crackers, chips, desserts, waters, sodas
- Play the Family Bingo Game (Icebreaker). Get to know family members!!
- Pick up Your Name Tag for the week-end
- Pick up your T-Shirts! Make sure to wear it to the picnic on Saturday
- Pick up your Programs/Itinerary for the week-ends events/entertainment
- Purchase your Raffle tickets! You might win a prize!
- Purchase FUNDRAISER ITEMS (tote bags, buttons, cups, T-shirts, etc.)
FRIDAY NIGHT PROGRAM, DINNER, AND DANCE (2:00pm TO 11:00 pm)
Program (2-5:00pm) Presentations: Genealogy, Pre-paid Legal, Insurance, Family Businesses Informational slots, Acknowledgement of Graduates, Wisdom from Elders/ Q & A session and video presentation, Silent Auction, Raffles, Family Bingo Game. SATURDAY AFTERNOON “JUST BECAUSE” FAMILY BBQ/ PICNIC (12:00pm TO 8:00pm)

- FOR THE KIDS- We will have a 17’ Malibu Splash Dual (wet) Slide, a
Bounce House, and a Snow Cone Maker.
- FOOD FOR BBQ (meats: hamburgers, hotdogs, fish. Family members to donate side dishes – Please contact us with your dish so we can post for the most!
- Come enjoy music/dancing at the park on Saturday.
SUNDAY MORNING CLOSING (BREAKFAST/REMARKS/REFLECTIONS/DEBRIEF/VOTE AND PRAYER (9:00 am to 12:00 pm)
COST FOR ADULTS (19 YEARS OLD & OLDER) PER PERSON is $180.00 or $15 A MONTH FOR 12 MONTHS. Children (18 years old and Younger) ARE FREE!! Please start sending your money today!! CASH-APP/ZELLE NOTIFICATIONS/REQUESTS for donations have been going out monthly. If you have sent in a donation just know that it will go toward your costs.
